Makan Dulu - Carnarvon Street  
Wednesday 11 September: 6pm - 9pm
Come and experience the finest Chinese cuisine made by a collaboration of talented Chefs. The literal translation of Makan Dulu is ‘Eat First’ this is a traditional phase in the Malaysian community, often followed with ‘have you eaten?’ It is customary to share food with others and never eat alone. We invite you to ‘Eat First’ with us and share our wonderful traditional Malaysian and Chinese cuisine. 
Purchase of your ticket includes all you can eat Chinese delicacies with a selection of dumplings, bao, wok noodles boxes and Chinese BBQ delights from 6pm! A cash bar of flowing cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks will be available all night long as you’re entertained by live music.
Floating Lantern Matsuri VIP – Gantheaume Point
Friday 13 September: 4.30pm
The Floating Lantern Matsuri embraces everything about life, love, peace and friendship, providing you with a chance to get your thoughts down in writing and gently send them off onto destinations unknown. Whether your message is personal in memory of a lost loved one, a wish, a prayer or general words of encouragement and happiness for the world – put it on a lantern and watch it commence it’s peaceful, glowing journey on the evening tide. VIP Tickets will include your lantern kit, free flowing drinks and canapes as well as comfortable seating as you relax, listen to music and watch the sunset before and after sending your floating lantern message out to sea.
Sunset Long Table Dinner - Cable Beach
Saturday 14 September: 5pm
Dining experiences don’t come any better or more unique than Shinju Matsuri’s Sunset Long Table Dinner. Soak up the stunning coastal surroundings of the famous Cable Beach whilst being served dishes by Masterchef favourites. Prepare yourselves for a sumptuous food extravaganza featuring authentic dishes from the variety of local cultures which make up the rich tapestry of Broome. This year we invite you straight on to the beach upon your glamorous arrival to enjoy a selection of taste tantalising canapes, accompanied by a selection of beers, wines and signature cocktail before making your way to your seat. Free flowing beverages are available throughout your gourmet four course menu designed Masterchef favourites Diana Chan and Brendan Pang.
